Damaged Product

We apologize if the rare case occurs that your product is damaged! Although the time between order and delivery is very short, the package still travels a long distance. During the transport, the product may be damaged. As long as the product is damaged only at the packaging you do not need to worry because it is only a cosmetic damage. The bag is sealed and can still be used.

Incorrect Product

For the well-being and satisfaction of our customers we always try to work carefully and conscientiously. Nevertheless, we are only human and mistakes can happen.
If you have received a wrong order or a wrong product please send us a picture of the goods. We will correct the error immediately. Please make sure not to return the products to us as we will not take the goods back into our stock. 

Exchange and Return Policies

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not take back goods that have left our warehouse. Due to our structure and our way of thinking of fresh and high quality goods, we can not be responsible for returns. After the goods have left our warehouse we cannot be sure that the goods have been handled according to our standards. Your baby will not get any goods from us that have already left the warehouse before. 
We purchase our products exclusively from authorized wholesalers of the manufacturers. To ensure the best quality for our customers, we can not accept returns. We do everything to ensure the high quality of products for our customers.
We think that also you want to be sure that the goods meet the highest quality standards when using our services.

Exceptions

Please be aware that we can only refund the cost of a shipment or the cost of the order if the error occurred on our end.
